Very nice set of frypans. I have used both and they both work perfectly. They have a thick heavy base that heats the contents of the pan very quickly. Much quicker than my Viking pans. The nonstick is very high quality and looks to last a very long time. The stainless steel in these pans is also very high quality. The flip up spatter guard is just the icing on the cake and works as well as the pans. The Rolls Royce of frypans.
